Jan van Gemeren founded GannTrader in 2006. Currently the GannTrader team consists of 5 people.

Jan van Gemeren is former investment manager and for more than 20 years a well known and respected technical analyst and columnist. Jan writes regularly, for amongst others, the Dutch ‘Financial Dagblad’. He specializes in Gann analysis; in particular, the finding of cross points where time and price meet each other and where a change in trend is inevitable. His insight and prognosis are often surprisingly accurate. Jan produces, weekly, the GannTrader Market analysis and is mentor for the course ‘Calculated Investing’. |
| Elmer Hogervorst (1965) worked for many years as a tax lawyer in specialized 'private client services' teams with one of the big accounting firms. Because of his more than average interest in investments, he started his own company, in which he deals with all wealth related areas, including tax, investments etc. He is one of the regular coaches for price winners in the Dutch State Lottery. Elmer does a lot of presentations regarding the world economy and runs his own gold and silver webshop. In 2009 he started writing about the lunar calendar and the tides in relation to investments, which has now become a newsletter on a 2 weeks basis. |

Ype Schaap has an impressive 25-year investing career behind him. Some of the banks for which he has worked are Schretlen & Co, HSBC, Kempen & Co and Dexia. He was Director of Institutional Sales by Kempen & Co. Ype has been an independent investment advisor since 2004. Last year his advisory skills acclaimed a profit of more than 70% with shares investments. Over the past few years Ype has, a few times per week, entrusted his in-depth analyses and visions to the actively attended WeBlog. Since the 1st of March 2008 WeBlog is now exclusive to GannTrader. Ype specializes is clear explanations of possible economic developments, providing a tangible vision and finding undervalued shares. Subscribers to ‘GroeiParels’ have, with thanks to Ype, achieved very nice results. |
| La is the only woman in the Gann Team and stands her ground well in the investing world. She is GannTrader’s co-ordinator and makes sure everything goes according to plan. |

Alex Adams was, for more than 15 years, ICT manager with leading companies such as Phillips, Houthoff and Unilever and founded CowWorks and Yixs. He is currently employed by Microsoft as Enterprise Strategy Consultant. As enthusiastic investor and participant of the ‘Calculated Investing’ Course, he enjoys being part of the GannTrader Team and is mainly involved with internet operations.  |
